Information we collect

Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number and email address.
Details you share when you call or text a business that uses our receptionist service, such as your vehicle, the service you need and your preferred appointment time.
Call recordings, transcripts and summaries, used to book appointments and keep accurate records for the business you contacted.
Basic website data, such as pages visited and browser type.

How we use it

To answer your call, book or change appointments, and send confirmations and reminders.
To pass your request to the business you contacted so they can follow up.
To respond to questions you send us and to improve our service.

Text messaging

If you give us or one of our business clients your phone number, you may receive text messages about your appointments, requests or account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the business you contacted, and with service providers that help us run the service (for example phone, calendar, CRM and AI processing providers), under agreements that limit how they use it. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service to the business you contacted, or as required by law, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of messages.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
